1. When will I receive my order?

The expected delivery time of all orders is currently 10-15 Business days. Please reach out if your order has taken longer than this and we will be happy to resolve it for you.

2. How do I track my order?

3. Why isn't my tracking number working?

Please note that it is completely normal for tracking location information to take up to a week to update from the day you place your order. Whilst your tracking information is updating, it will show 'We are preparing your order' or 'Info Received'. Please be assured that this means your order has been packed and is on its way to you!

4. My order says delivered but I have not received it?

Please note that tracking information is sometimes updated before the order is physically delivered. We ask you allow at most 3 days after your order has been marked as delivered to physically receive it. In any case, please feel free to always reach out to us if you are concerned about the status of your order.

5. Can I change the address on my order?

Generally once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. However, please still contact us and we will do our best.

6. Why does my bottle/box look different to the photo?

All our customers are receiving our updated packaging/design.
